I refuse to watch video through websites like this one, but I hope that the violences lessens as a result.

Thanks for working to give us some insight into the beliefs and opinions of those in the Arab world. I'll probably never understand a lot of it, but at least it's good to educate myself. I don't know why we in the West continue to try to impose our own methods and values on other cultures -- especially on those so fundamentally different from us. Then, we are surprised and angered when they do not bow and scrape in gratitude....

As always, take care. No more getting held at gunpoint by Shiite militias, please.

No Matter how seemingly Calm and dignified Saddam was moments before his Execution, let us not forget how calmly Saddam condoned the execution of women and children, feeling sorry for Saddams eventual demise is like disrespecting all those that died under the cruel and evil regime that he propogated, Saddam has now been delivered from evil in a most fitting manner, if all he got was a few slanderous digs before he died, and some upset people over it, then we have a lot more to worry about.

I am Muslim and was insulted by the choice of the day of Saddam's excecution. Who in the western world would approve of the excecution of the worst criminal on Xmas morning or Easter Sunday. I do dislike Saddam but his excecution on the first day of the Biram was an insult to All muslims around the world. Nagla, Alexandria Egypt

Bush's plan will have an effect on sectarian violence. the U.S. forces will back up the Iraqi army going into Baghdad. the Iraqi army is almost all Shia. They will do a good job of clearing ,the mostly Sunni, problem out of Baghdad.
How did we get to the point of siding with the Shia.
This will sit well with Iran.
